Starters

Roasted tomato soup dressed with basil oil, and halloumi croutons (VE) (GF*).

Potted prawns in brown butter served with toasted granary bread and salad garnish (GF*)..

Chicken liver pate served with toasted sourdough bread

Roasted cauliflower dhal, cucumber raita served with homemade naan bread(V/VG)

 

Mains

Traditional roast Turkey dinner with all the trimmings  (GF*).

Braised shin of beef with thyme and horseradish dumplings served with a side of seasonal greens 

Roasted salmon fillet with creamed spinach stuffing, served with hassleback potatoes and seasonal greens

Mushroom and chestnut wellington served with hassleback potatoes and seasonal greens

 (V) (VE*).

 

Desserts

Traditional Christmas pudding served withbrandy butter andf cream (V).

Extreme Chocolate cheesecake  (V).

Cheeseboard (V/GF*).

Trio of homemade sorbets (GF) (VE).
