1. Booking Contract A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Donkey & Buskins LLP.
2. Deposits and Cancellations

Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits paid at the time of booking (for large parties or special events) are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or significant reduction in guest numbers.

Late Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or in the event of a "no-show," we reserve the right to retain the full deposit or apply a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking.
3. Allergies and Dietary Requirements In accordance with Natasha’s Law, while you may note allergies during the online booking process, you must alert your server to any allergies upon arrival at the premises. We cannot guarantee an environment 100% free of allergens.
4. Verified Reviews (DMCC Act 2026) We are committed to the integrity of our reputation. Any guest reviews displayed on this website, or social media are verified as originating from genuine customers who have visited Donkey & Buskins. We do not provide incentives for positive reviews.
